About Rose Shiber

Rose is a wife, mother of 3 and grandmother, as well as the caretaker to her rescue dogs, parrots and tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors and being on the go.

She is a certified personal trainer and certified health coach but despite living a healthy lifestyle, she began experiencing multiple symptoms that affected her daily. Once living a very active life, she was exhausted and in pain all the time. Her muscles began to randomly give out so she had to quit training clients. Rose began using a cane at 54 years old because she couldn't stand or walk for more than a few minutes at a time. She and her husband were even shopping for a wheelchair to help with her mobility. At this point it had been over 10 years of intermittent episodes of symptoms, each episode lasting longer and getting more intense, with visits to multiple neurologists, rheumatologists, lyme specialists, cardiologists among other specialists, and yet there was no diagnosis. Every test came back within normal limits. On paper she was extremely healthy but her body was shutting down. With no answers being given in the medical community, Rose decided that she would have to learn to improve her health on her own in any way possible. She learned Reiki and herbalism which helped keep the symptoms at bay, but only for short periods of time. She started meditating and using her breath to strengthen the connection between her brain and her body and learned to listen to what her body needs in terms of rest and movement. It's now been over a year and there have been no reoccurrence of any symptoms and she is back to her active lifestyle!

Her desire to help others live a better life never waned. Rose has taken her years of learning different modalities, combined that with her own experiences in finding healing and that is how the Be A Healthier You course was born.
