Meditation has been around for thousands of years and recently has been a hot topic for scientists around the world. Now we have evidence to support the claims that meditation is not only a form of stress reduction and relaxation but that epigenetic and biochemical changes can occur with consistent practice.
A holistic approach to health and wellness incorporates more than just diet and exercise. It also involves a whole person approach including sleep hygiene, stress management, social connection and spiritual aspects to create a balanced mind, body and spirit.
Together with the client, the health coach provides guidance for the design and implementation of a wellness plan with accountability.
A Reiki master practices energy healing, promoting relaxation and balance within the body. A Reiki Master has completed levels I and II, can practice as well as teach. Reiki has been shown to help ease anxiety, stress and pain.
What does a health coach do?
Herbs can be used in various forms to improve the well being of both people and animals. Herbal supports can be used as a stand alone enhancement or in addition to an existing health protocol.
